With zirconia, seldom are the days dentists find themselves replacing crowns and bridges every few years due to daily wear and tear.

DCM N.Dura™ from DC Milling is a complete line of zirconia products offering exceptionally strong, esthetically attractive and cost effective dental restorations.  We use state of the art mills and design software along with U.S. supplied zirconia to produce performance and quality driven products.

DCM N.Dura™ zirconia is a new formulation of medical grade zirconia material packed into blocks and ground to a custom fit using state-of-the-art dental milling machines.  Once milled, the restoration is then sintered in 1500 C oven until it is virtually unbreakable.

DCM N.Dura™ Surface Texture

The following are pictures of a DCM N.Dura Full Contour crown taken with a scanning electron microscope.  The first photo (upper left) is of the crowns surface after being stained and glazed.

The second photo (upper right) is the same crown after being adjusted with a diamond bur.

The last photo (lower left) is of the same crown after being adjusted and polished prior to cementing in place.

Note that the surface texture is significantly smoother after polishing than even a crown right out of the glazing oven with no adjustments required.
